FirstBIKE Terms & Conditions
The FirstBIKE colouring competition is open to all children from ages 2 to 6 who are resident in Australia ONLY, and runs from Thursday, 1 November 2012 to Wednesday, 12 December 2012.
The winning entries will be drawn at RANDOM internally on the following dates:
Wednesday, 21 November 2012 (entries close at 4:30pm on Tuesday, 20 November 2012)
Wednesday, 12 December 2012 (entries close at 4:30pm on Tuesday, 11 December 2012)
One winner will be drawn on each of the above dates at 12pm. Unsuccessful entries in the first draw will be automatically entered into the second draw. Entrants do not have to be present at the draws. Winners will be notified by telephone, mail and/or e-mail within 2 days of the draw. The winning entry will be respectively published on the FirstBIKE Australia website (www.firstbike.net.au). E-mail enquiries can be directed to info@dirtworks.com.au.
The prize will consist of 1 x FirstBIKE Big Apple model. Colour option is subject to availability.
The prize will be despatched to the winner’s nominated postal address. Dirt Works Australia Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for any damages to the prize incurred during shipping. Unless agreed upon, under no circumstances will prizes be available for collection direct from the Dirt Works Australia office.
Please note that any entries submitted remain the property of Dirt Works Australia Pty Ltd and may be used for promotional purposes. Family members of Dirt Works Australia employees may not enter, and there is a limit of one entry per child. Entries will not be returned. For privacy, we will only publish first names, ages and suburbs.
Please do not put your name and address on the picture. Personal details will only be used by Dirt Works Australia Pty Ltd for the purposes of this competition and will not be shared, rented or sold to third parties.
